Return & Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested after you have received your order if you are not satisfied with the item or if you received an incorrect item.

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and tell us what is wrong. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once you have shipped your return, please notify us that the package has been sent. After we receive and inspect the returned item, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you'll have to buy a return label.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
